19. do you charge for doing a sketch? payment terms for drawings?

we do not do sketches for free.

payment terms: Our Payment terms are 50% at start of drawings and the other 50% before drawings are submitted for municipality approval. However for quotations under $900.00 or (ZAR10,000.00) , we do not accepts the 50% splits, payment must be once off at start of drawings.
